Unless your handheld is connected to wifi, you’ll need to set it on the cradle and make sure that Windows Mobile Device Center displays that it is connected.
On the handheld- without removing it from the cradle, tap the Sync button from the main menu.
Tap Download data from Handheld to send all of the scanned information to the S2K back office. When it finishes, you will see “Download Success” with a time and date stamp.
The information is now available to view in your S2K database and ready to be processed.
