To review Cashier sales, navigate to Sales then choose Transactions and then Live Journal.
Navigate to the Title Bar and select the Options button and choose Cashier in the drop down list.
The page will load.
The Summary option is the main page, if you choose the drop down you can pick a new section with additional features. Each Section will allow you to review the sales for the Cashier by hour.
