To locate Realtime navigate to Sales and choose Transactions. From there you have a drop down of options to choose from.
Live Journal will show transactions in real time and day. This is only available for specific POS Types.
Daily Journal is where you will go for the standard Real Time functionality. This is available for all POS Types.
Cashier Performance is where you can view the summary for the date chosen for each cashier.
Basket Analysis is used to track how many times a specific item or set of items is purchased in the same transaction. Helpful for creating deals and seeing what customers purchase most often.
