Locate items not added to Custom Groups:

From the Pricebook section of the navigation toolbar, click to open the Product Catalog window.

An Advanced Search window will appear to allow you to narrow down your search to locate the item(s) to be added to the custom group topic headers.

Click “OK” at the bottom of the screen to generate your item search in the product catalog.

After you have filtered your advanced search of items in the Product Catalog, click into the ‘Group By…’ field to select how you want to sort the items being viewed.

EXAMPLE: Advanced Search for Department equal to Generic Cig

Then, Group By Price Group:

The first group, called “(Blank)” represents the items in the Generic Cig Department that are not in a price group (Custom Group):

Change the view of the Department column to view by a Custom Group

After you have filtered your advanced search of items in the Product Catalog you will be directed to the product listing window.

Click the ellipsis, “…” to the right of the “Department” column header:

A dropdown menu will appear for you to change the view of the column:

Select the custom group you wish to view by. The topics in that group will list if they are assigned to the item in the product catalog.
