Promotions can be canceled prior to the scheduled end date using the steps below.
Click on the desired promotion from the Promotion Listing screen.
Click on the action button and select “Cancel” from the drop down.
This will produce a pop-up window asking for confirmation that you want to cancel the promotion, Click “OK”.
It may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes for the promotion to cancel at the POS.
